Shipping Times & Estimates

We are based in Danbury, CT! Most orders that go to CT, NY, and NJ are shipped overnight for the customer! UPS usually picks up around 3pm, so if the order is placed after that I usually ship with USPS because they are 2 Day Shipping so it works out the same, and they deliver on Saturday's! Most East Coast Orders arrive within 2-3 Days and I usually use USPS because it adds the additional day Saturday for delivery! West Coast Orders are usually 4-5 days for shipping times! Hawaii shipping should be anywhere from 5-8 business days!

West Coast Shipping has been updated based on the weight of the package. Because we ship all the way on the east coast the shipping charges for heavier boxes will be applied. You are not paying the "full" shipping price, I am covering some of it as well, but because there are SO many orders that are mostly drinks going to the west coast, it adds SO much weight to the box which increases shipping prices heavily! I'm sorry if this adds to much to the price of your order but I was losing money on these heavy orders so this is just something I have to have in place!

Please put your phone number in when you check out! If I am out of inventory on something you order, I will always try to contact you to ask if you want me to swap it out for something else or refund you! People seem to not check their emails when I email them so the putting in your cell phone number saves a lot of time and helps me get the order out ASAP for you! 

 

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order finalization. If there are any problems pre-shipment 203 Exotics will attempt to contact the customer.

 

If any items are out of stock, we will always try and reach out to you to see if you want me to swap it for something else or I will immediately refund you for those items to your payment method!

The artwork may not be exactly the same as the picture you see because they change the artwork and style of the products very frequently! We sell the flavor!

Any orders returned due to incomplete or wrong addresses can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Otherwise, we can refund the cost of the products returned once they are in our possession. 

All damages are to be handled through the parcel service selected, and the customer agrees to this when using our services. If any items are returned to the sender due to damage, the undamaged items will be refunded to the customer, and we will start a claim for damaged products. Upon conclusion of the claim, we will refund the awarded amount to the customer. The customer is encouraged to complete the claim on their side to cut down on claim processing time, as we must receive the package before proceeding. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all circumstances. 

 

As the weather heats up every season, it becomes more difficult to guarantee chocolate and other meltable goods will arrive in good condition. If temperatures in your location or throughout transit exceed 73 Fahrenheit, goods may arrive slightly damaged. At temperatures above 82 Fahrenheit, the products are susceptible to melting in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any temperature-related damages caused during shipping.
